Do you carry more inventory than what is listed on the site?
The simple answer; No. Similar to a boutique store, I carry a limited amount of each scarf and pattern in order that you don’t walk out of your house wearing the same scarf as your neighbor, sister, mom and/or co-worker. I keep the inventory small but selection wide.
I want to order more than what you have in stock; can I place a special order?
It depends. I have to factor in whether I can get the pattern you need from my fabric resource. But it never hurts to ask. I can only promise to try.
What’s the difference between Flannel Cotton and Brush Cotton?
Flannel Cotton (light-weight) is a cotton fabric that has a napped finish on both sides. Brush Cotton (medium-weight) or ‘brushing’ is a finishing process used to raise the surface fibers. The fabric undergoes a mechanical brushing process and a fine, metal brush carefuly rubs the fabric to produce fine fibers from the woven yards. All Blanket Scarves at Structured KC are 100% Cotton. The main difference is the weight of the material.

PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express.
How do I know you received my order?
Structured KC customers will receive an email within 24-48 hours of purchase to ensure that we have received your order.
How long does it take to process my order?
Orders take up to 5-7 business days (Mon.-Fri.) to process. During the holidays, please allow up to 7-10 business days (Mon – Fri) for processing. If an order is placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday, it will ship out within 3 business days the following week. You will receive an email once your order ships or if any status changes. Please allow up to 2-4 business days (Mon.-Fri.) to receive a shipping communication email or a status change update. While the order is processing, the status doesn’t change and will remain as “Processing”.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be canceled. However, you can request for an exchange. See comments below under “Exchanges/Returns”.
How do you ship your products?
All items are shipped via USPS. Your item will be shipped within 5-7 business days after you have received notification that I received your order, unless otherwise notified.
Do you offer upgrade options?
I currently offer flat rates for both Domestic and International locations, via First-Class Mail or Priority Mail. Upgrade options are not yet available. For rush orders and upgrade options, please send your request to CustomerService@StructuredKC.com

Are you limited to shipping only to the US?
Structured KC ships to all Domestic and International locations. Please note that international buyers are responsible for any and all Customs Charges, Taxes & Additional Postal Fees.
I want to send your products as a gift. Do you offer gift options?
Structured KC will happily ship straight to your giftee as well as include a personal note as requested. Please leave details at checkout or send directly to CustomerService@StructuredKC.com.
What is your exchange/return policy?
Not happy with your choice? I’m happy to exchange it for you. Sorry, no refund options available at this time.
You have 14 business days to exchange an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for an exchange, your initial item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Please contact me with the item you would like to have in exchange.
If your return is approved, I will send the new item to you within 7 business days.
